Very hot weather indeed with the targets being thrown to good angles, allthough the targets weren't highly visible for some shooters myself included.
 
Our congratulations to Kevin Gill for winning the event with a magnificent 195x200 plus 50 straight in the shoot off.
 
But of more concern to ourselves was the regional results, this being the culimantion of our selection process.
and it is only fair to state that once again the North of England has reaffirmed its position as a mecca for trap shooting excellence by winning other team entries by seven targets. (Oh dear, how sad, never mind).

As can be seen from the results not only the seniors but also the junior team members came very very close indeed to winning the individual event out right so look out boys next year when we will really mean business.........
 
As is dictated by our regional protocol the highest individual scores are made captain.
